Wyalusing kept their District IV title hopes alive on Friday with their 11-1, five-inning win over Williamson in the Class AA semi-finals.

MANSFIELD — A seven-run fourth inning helped key the win for North Penn-Liberty as they defeated Loyalsock 14-9 in the District 4, Class AAA playoffs.

The 2016-2017 NTL Athlete of the Year award ceremony took place Sunday in Sayre. ATHENS — Savanah Doney threw her second no-hitter of the year, allowing just one base runner as North Penn-Liberty beat Athens 10-0. Doney struck out three in the win.

SOUTHPORT, N.Y. — Izzy Milazzo threw a one-hit shutout as Notre Dame defeated Union Springs 7-0 in IAC cross-over softball action Tuesday.

Kailee Clymer had one run, two hits, including a home run, and one RBI to lead Wellsboro to their 5-3 win over NP-Liberty on Monday.

The odd innings were key for the Waverly Wolverines on Thursday, but they came up just short in an 8-7 loss to Edison.
