Cowanesque Valley downs Canton, 11-2Madison Lee had three hits, including a double, a run scored and an RBI to lead CV to their 11-2 win over Canton on Tuesday.

For CV, Harley Murphy finished with one run, hit, and RBI; Brynn Williams had one run, a double, and two RBI; Amaya Walker added three runs, two hits, including a double and two RBI; Emma McClaren finished with two hits and an RBI; Karmen Short had one run, one hit and two RBI; Julia Draper added two runs, three hits and one RBI; Jenna Romaneo and Kiersta Green had one run; and Ashleigh Southard had one hit.

Southard pitched a complete game for CV, striking out three batters and allowing two earned runs on eight hits.

For Canton, Hayley Wesneski had one run and one hit; Evelyn Katona had two doubles; Hannah Gilliland finished with one run, three hits and one RBI; Joselyn Spencer had one hit and Emily Ferguson finished with one hit and one RBI.

Katona threw a complete game for Canton, striking out three and allowing 11 runs, four earned, on 14 hits.

Tioga 17, Marathon 0, 5 innings

Maddy Dydynski struck out 11 in a 5-inning no-hitter to lead Tioga to their 17-0 victory over Marathon on Tuesday.

For Tioga, Justice Pahlman had two hits and three runs scored; Megan Godfrey finished with a triple and two runs; Marissa Howe finished with three hits, including two doubles, and two runs; Mariah Culver had three hits, including a home run, and three runs; Sara Strong finished with two hits, including a triple, and two runs; Kurstan Martin had two hits and two runs; Dydynski added one hit and one run; Alex Divers had one hit and one run and Stephanie Armstrong finished with three hits including a double and one run.

Wellsboro 9, North Penn-Liberty 6

Alyssa Yungwirth threw a complete game, striking out nine batters and allowing six runs to lead Wellsboro to their 9-6 win over NPL on Tuesday.

For Wellsboro, Ryann Adams, Yungwirth and Kailee Clymer each had one run, two hits and one RBI; Sydney Tremper finished with one run and two hits; Cathryn Brought had one run; Brianne Keane finished with one run, one hit and two RBI; Hailey Neal had one run and one hit; and Tiana Lecker finished with two runs, one hit and one RBI.

For NPL, Brooke Harvey scored two runs and had two hits; Carmen Bates had a single and a run; Savanah Doney finished with two hits including a double and a run; Lauren Smith had two runs and a triple; and Mariah Kshir had one hit.

Doney pitched for NPL, giving up nine runs and striking out five.

Athens 15, Troy 0 (4 innings)

Mimi Martin had three hits, two runs and an RBI to lead Athens to their 15-0 win over Troy on Tuesday.

For Athens, Emma Adams had two hits, two runs and an RBI; Reagan Lynch finished with two hits, two runs and an RBI; Aubrey Allen had one hit, a run and three RBI; Morgan Ferguson finished with two hits, two runs and an RBI; Haley Barry added one hit, a run and an RBI; Leah Reid had one RBI; Taylor Jenney added one hit and two RBI; and McKenzie Strobridge had two hits including a triple and two runs.

Meg Bennett pitched the full five innings for Athens, allowing no runs and striking out one.

For Troy, Nicole Spalding, Gabby Cory, and Breanna Rathburn each had one hit; Vanessa Watson had a double; and Roxanne Kingsley hit a double.

Caitlyn Hoffman threw three innings for Troy, striking out two and Watson finished the last two innings.

Wyalusing 9, Towanda 4

Kyleigh Ward threw a complete game, striking out four and allowing four runs on eight hits to lead the Rams to their 9-4 victory over Towanda on Tuesday.

For Wyalusing, Kristie Epler, Trinity Kipp, Sarah Bird and Autumn Dietz each had a hit and a run; Ward had two hits and two runs; Melody Kneller finished with two hits and two runs; and Miranda Herbert finished with two hits and a run.

For Towanda, Justine Vargason threw 3 1/3 innings, allowing six runs on four hits. Sydney Schoonover pitched the the last 3 2/3 innings, striking out one and allowing three runs on six hits.

Vargason and Emily Dunn each had one hit and a run; Larisa Terry had two hits, including a double, and one run; Rachael Bair finished with a double and a run; and Mary Smiley, Gabby Larcom and Madi Doss each had one hit.

NEB 14, Williamson 0

Katie Boardman had three hits, including two doubles, two runs and an RBI to lead NEB to their 14-0 win over Williamson on Tuesday.

Megan Brown had one hit, one run and an RBI; Gabby Slater finished with three hits, a run and an RBI; Annie Williams had two hits and an RBI; McKenna Wheaton added two hits and an RBI; and Lindsey Moore had a hit, an RBI and a run.

Slater pitched for NEB, striking out nine and allowing no runs.

For Williamson, Emily Durst and Emma Durst each collected a hit. Emylee Yusko pitched, allowing 14 runs over five innings and striking out one.

Waverly 15, Watkins Glen 0 (3 innings)

Shailei Kraft had three hits, including two triples, two runs and three RBI to lead Waverly to their 15-0 win over Watkins Glen on Tuesday.

For Waverly, Wendi Hammond had three runs, one hit and one RBI, Kennedy Wheeler finished with two runs, one hit and two RBI, Riley Hall had a double and an RBI, Paige Lewis scored two runs, Zoe Mennig had two runs, two doubles and two RBI, Morgan Adams finished with one run, two hits and two RBI, Katie Goodwin added two runs, Sydney Meyers had one run, one hit and two RBI and Kari Van Allen finished with two hits and one RBI.

Riley Hall threw three innings for Waverly, striking out six and allowing only one hit.
