SOUTHPORT, N.Y. -- The Notre Dame softball team won a pair of games on Saturday to capture their tournament title.

Notre Dame beat Waverly 17-0 and then beat Dryden 22-1.

The Crusaders got home runs from Alivia Clark and Jordyn Fargo in the win over Waverly and Clark threw a two-hit shutout, striking out seven.

Mackenzie Mahajan had a 4-for-4 day with two RBI and three runs scored, and Clark had two hits, with the home run, three RBI and scored two runs.

Mackenzie Maloney had two hits, with an RBI and two runs scored, and Izabel Milazzo had a hit, two RBI and two runs scored.

Fargo had the home run and two RBI, and Morgan Cox had a hit, an RBI and a run scored.

Courteney Crater had three hits, with a triple, an RBI and two runs scored, and Ally Witchtowski had a hit, an RBI and three runs scored, while Maura Glovins scored a run.

Karleigh VanNess had a double, and Zoe Mennig had a hit for Waverly.

Wendi Hammond struck out four on the mound.

Against Dryden, Clark had a grand slam and a double, six RBI and two runs scored.

Mahajan had two hits, with three RBI and two runs scored, and Chase Leonard scored a run.

Maloney had a hit and scored four runs, and Milazzo had three hits and scored three runs.

Cox had a hit, two RBI and a run scored, and Megan Niles had an RBI and a run scored.

Fargo had two hits, with a double, three RBI and two runs scored, and Crater had a 4-for-4 day with three RBI and three runs scored.

Witchtowski had two hits and two RBI, with a run scored, and Glovins had three hits and scored two runs.

Clark and Milazzo combined on a three-hitter, striking out seven.

Waverly 21, Dryden 3

The Wolverines bounced back from the loss to Notre Dame with the victory over Dryden.

Waverly scored at least three runs in all five innings of the win.

Shailei Kraft had a 4-for-4 day with seven RBI and five runs scored, with two doubles and a triple.

Kraft allowed one hit in four innings, striking out three, and Hammond threw one perfect inning.

Kalie Herriman had a hit and scored three runs, and Hammond had two hits and scored five runs.

Zoe Mennig had a double and a triple, three runs scored and four RBI, and Kendra Ellers had a hit, two RBI and two runs scored.

VanNess and Lyndsey Moore had RBI, and Emily Goodwin had two hits and scored two runs.

Williamson 12, Addison 2

The Warriors got three runs in the first inning and every player in the lineup scored a run or had an RBI in the win.

Sarah Bates had two hits, with a double, two runs scored and two stolen bases, and Emma Durst had an RBI and scored a run.

Kendra Colegrove had three hits, a double and a triple, two runs scored and a stolen base, and Andrea Regalbuto had two hits, an RBI and a run scored.

Sam Herrington had two hits, a triple, an RBI and scored two runs, and Makayla Butz had a hit,a n RBI and a run scored.

Emily Hackett had a pair of hits and scored a run, and Kailee Shaefer had three hits, two runs and a triple, while Hanna Fitzmartin had a pair of hits and two RBI.

Bates struck out nine on the mound.
