Ross's grand slam leads Canton to win.

Kellsy Ross hit a grand slam in the top of the seventh inning to help Canton rally for a 6-5 win over Williamson on Wednesday afternoon.

The Warriors trailed 4-2 entering the seventh when Ross came through with the game-winning hit.

Ross also picked up the win on the mound, striking out 10 and walking four in the game.

Sarah Bates and Emma Durst of Williamson limited Canton to just four hits, striking out six.

Along with the grand slam by Ross the Warriors got two hits, a run and an RBI from Cheyenne Fromille and Makenzy Route had a hit.

Lacey Castle had a run and an RBI and Sammy Deljanovan and Sidney Wheeler each scored runs.

Williamson got two hits from Kendra Colegrove and Bates had a hit and scored a run.

Sam Herrington had a hit, a run and an RBI and Calli Cody had a hit and scored a run.

Andi Rebalbuto and Hannah Fitzmartin each had a hit, a run and an RBI and Gabby Regalbuto had an RBI.

Towanda 11, Athens 0, 5 innings

Alaina Wickwire threw a one-hitter and had a home run to lead Towanda to the win.

Wickwire had two hits, three RBI and a run scored and she struck out two, walked one and allowed the one hit.

Koryn Wickwire had a triple and scored two runs and Mackenzie Roof had a hit and scored two runs.

Sam Schoonover had two hits, three RBI and three runs, with a double, and Emily Gorman had a hit and two RBI.

Laciann Manning had a hit and scored a run for Towanda and Sarah Dawsey had a hit.

Jayde Parsons and Casey Hawley each scored runs for Towanda.

Miranda Peterson had an Athens hit. Jensen Dunkling struck out four for Athens.

Troy 13, Liberty 3, 5 innings

EAST TROY - The Trojans got four runs in each of the first three innings on their way to the win on Wednesday.

Jerilyn Ross and Kerrigan Hoffman pitched for Troy, combining to allow three hits.

Kayla Stephani had a three-run home run for Troy and Kelsey Bristol had a hit and scored three runs.

Faith Ceely was 2-for-2 with two runs and Taylor Johnston scored a run.

Brooke Mattocks had two hits and scored a run and Taylor Murray had two hits.

Jerilyn Ross had two hits for Troy and Elena Breese scored two runs.

Mariah Berguson, Emily Strange and Hope Atkinson had hits for Liberty and Atkinson and Lauren Smith scored runs.

Berguson and Kristina Buchanan pitched for Liberty.

Wellsboro 2, Wyalusing 0

Alexa Singer and Brooke Kohler combined on a one-hitter for the Green Hornets.

Singer allowed no hits in three innings and Kohler allowed one hit and one walk, striking out five, in four innings.

Wellsboro hasn't allowed a run in their past 26 innings, including three straight shutouts.

Sarah Ingerick was 2-for-3 with a triple, a double and an RBI and Alexa Singer had a double and scored a run. Peyton Wilson had a double and Maggie Smith scored a run, while Paige Carr had an RBI.

Kyleigh Ward had a hit for Wyalusing and Emily Faulkner struck out eight, allowing four hits and two runs, one earned, with no walks.

Wellsboro hosts Athens on Friday.

Notre Dame 18, Tioga 4

TIOGA CENTER, N.Y. - The Crusaders got a 5-for-5 day from Mackenzie Maloney in their victory on Wednesday.

Maloney had a triple, a double, four RBI and five runs and Alivia Clark had two hits, with a home run, four runs scored and two RBI.

Morgan Cox had four hits, a double, a run and five RBI and Mackenzie Mahajan had a hit and scored a run.

Brooke Harvey had two hits, two RBI and two runs and Ali Raupers had a double, an RBI and a run and Maura Glovins had a hit.

Ally Wichtowski had two hits and two runs and Alaina Steadman had two hits, two runs and two RBI.

Clark struck out nine on the mound.

Sam Wood had two hits and scored a run for Tioga and Dani Barto had a triple, a run and two RBI.

Lexi Swagler had a hit and a run for Tioga and Rachael Graham had a hit and Victoria Swansbrough had an RBI and scored a run.

Sam Wood struck out six for Tioga.

The Indians got a hit and a run from Courtney Schauer and Becky Plummer had two hits and scored two runs.

Jessie Prutsman had a hit and scored three runs and Shanelle Ianson had three hits and scored three runs for CV.

Julie Brubaker had two hits and two runs and Lexi Heyler had three hits, a double and a run scored.

Emily Shoulder had a grand slam, two hits and three runs for Neumann and Rachel Danneker had two hits, a double and three runs.

Sullivan County got two hits and a run from Torie Shultz and Sadie Lewis had a hit and scored a run.

Alexis Kiess started on the mound for the Griffins.
