Montgomery, Warrior Run advance to PIAA final.

Montgomery baseball and Warrior Run softball will be representing District IV in the PIAA finals Friday.

Montgomery baseball defeated Lancaster County Christian 5-0 in the Class A semi-final.

Red Raider Garrett Shnyder scored the win, striking out nine while allowing just two hits.

Alex Worthington went 1-for-2 with two runs scored and an RBI while Cameron McHenry went 1-for-4 with an RBI.

Warrior Run defeated Nanticoke 14-1 as Tay Parker got the win, striking out four while allowing one hit.

They will play in the state finals on Friday at Penn State University.
