2014 Team Headlines
Sophomores Sarah Ingerick and Alexa Singer were just named to the Class AA Pennsylvania All-State softball team.
Both girls earned second team honors at the outfield, despite Ingerick playing shortstop. Ingerick led the team at the plate with a 0.471 batting average (33-for-70) with 16 runs scored, six doubles, two triples, two home runs, and 17 RBI's. Singer had a 0.305 average (18-for-59) with 14 runs scored, seven doubles, three triples, three home runs, and 15 RBI's to go along with an 11-5 record on the mound with 67 strikeouts.
Wellsboro had two out of 13 total all-state selections from the NTL, with 10 coming from Division 1.
